The speaker's surface mesh, crafted from Q236, undergoes an advanced powder spraying process which imbues it with high strength and formidable resistance to salt spray, enduring exposure to a 5% sodium hydroxide environment for up to 96 hours. This ensures the speaker remains resilient to the elements, preventing rust for an impressive duration of up to five years. Inside, sound cotton lines the iron mesh, providing protection from rain and dust while meeting aesthetic acoustic demands.
