Crafted from 18mm thick imported multi-layer plywood, the speaker's unique wedge-shaped structure is assembled without a single nail. Its polyurethane paint finish is exceptionally wear-resistant, and the box itself boasts a tensile strength of 4500N. The speaker surface mesh, made from Q236, undergoes a sophisticated powder spraying process that endows it with high strength and remarkable salt spray resistance, enduring up to 96 hours of a 5% sodium hydroxide environment. This ensures the speaker withstands the elements without rusting for up to five years. Inside, sound cotton lines the iron mesh, offering both protection from rain and dust and fulfilling aesthetic acoustic requirements.
